Mike is a singer/songwriter/fiddler from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Founder and director of the Floyd Music School, Mitchell is releasing his third album of original songs and fiddle tunes, Small Town, this year at W.O.B. His band is touring nationally in 2018 and 2019. “Although a confessed fiddle nerd, and academic in the craft, my songwriting is organic and folksy. I write from the heart and my strength is in conveying emotions to the listener.”
